When to download personal data

Have you submitted a request to the library to download your personal data? If so, the library may choose to make this possible through My account. They will inform you about it.

How to download personal data

Navigate to "Download personal data" in "My account".

Please note that you can only download the overview once.

You will only see this option in "My account" if the library has made the data available to you.
