Report loss of library card
To access this page, you need to log in first.
My account > Report loss of library card
If you lose your library card, you should report it as lost or stolen immediately. This way, you can prevent someone else from using your card. If someone else checks out books or other materials using your card, they will be registered under your name. Failure to return the books or materials on time may result in fines or charges. By reporting the loss of your card promptly, the library can block it and ensure your protection.
Having trouble logging in? Please contact the library's customer service and request to have your card blocked.
