Shopping Cart
The shopping cart will appear when you want to make a payment.
After logging in, you can also click on the "shopping cart" button located at the top right corner of the screen.
In your shopping cart, you will find the items you want to purchase as well as other payments you wish to make.
Making a payment
You can remove items from your shopping cart by clicking on the cross icon.
Click on the "Online" button to proceed to the next step. Alternatively, you can also choose to pay using your credit balance.
You will now be taken to the confirmation screen. Review your shopping cart and click on "Proceed to payment" to finalize your payment.
Follow the payment instructions displayed on the screen.
After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the library catalog. You will see a confirmation of the transaction.
Please note that some libraries may have a minimum amount requirement for online payments.
Top up credit balance
You can also top up your credit balance. This credit can be used for payment, both online and at the library.
Under the "Credit balance" section, you will see your current balance and have the option to top up. Enter the desired amount and click on "Top up".
The credit will be added to your shopping cart. Proceed with the payment steps to complete the process.
Use credit balance
Do you have a positive credit balance on your account? You can use it for payments.
Click on the "Use balance" button to apply your credit.
If you have enough credit on your account, click on the "Continue" button to complete the payment.
If you have insufficient credit on your account, you will see this in your shopping cart and you will need to pay the remaining amount.
Basket without logging in
If you want to order tickets through the shopping cart without logging in, after clicking on "Online Payment", you will be presented with a screen where you can make a choice.
You can either log in, create a new account, or continue without an account. Please note that the option to continue without an account may not always be available.
Without an account, you will not be able to find your tickets in "My account".
Once you have logged in, created an account, or continued without an account, you can proceed with the payment process.
This manual explains how you use the shopping cart. Not every library uses the same settings, so some functions may work slightly differently.
