A SEPA authorization form is a document that grants permission for automatic payments from your bank account. With this form, you create a SEPA authorization.

Generate SEPA authorization form

Fill in the fields on the form (or check what has already been filled in) and click on save.

An automatic PDF file will be generated with a SEPA authorization.

Sign the form and either send it or bring it to the library.
